Pilates At Your Desk (PAYD) is a corporate programme of workshops and classes for businesses in London and beyond.

We teach you and your staff how to sit well and guide you through some simple, yet effective exercises to do at your desk. Guaranteed to improve posture, strength and mobility.

Kerrie-Anne ran a couple of really fun and informative Pilates at your Desk workshops as part of our ITV Feel Good wellbeing programme. They were really useful sessions and everyone came away with some great tips on how to improve their posture both at and away from their desk.

If you are looking for a Pilates teacher who can spot an issue, work out how to resolve it in a hands-on and meticulous way, then you've come to the right place! 

I am an ex-professional sloucher who found Pilates because of a long list of aches and pains. I left my job as an economist to retrain with one of the most reputable international Pilates schools, Fletcher Pilates®.

I offer bespoke 121s, duets and classes in SW London. I also offer Pilates At Your Desk: a corporate programme of workshops, classes and clinics for businesses throughout London and beyond. 

I have Pilates sessions with Kerrie-Anne once a week, not because I have any specific issues, but more about prevention. I do spinning and weights a few times a week and want to stay strong in my core. Kerrie-Anne helps me to do this, enabling me to get even more out of the exercise I do the rest of the week.
