I decided to take some of the standing work I use in workshops to Instagram to share movement even more. So, twice a week I am sharing short, easy-to-follow movement videos on Instagram TV. I have called them Morning Moves because I do them first thing but hey, they can be done at any time and would work nicely as a little break every so often from the desk.
