I grew up on Jersey and just feel so lucky whenever I visit. It's truly a magical place, especially in the summer. When not staying with family we have visited a few of the island's hotels and I have to say that our firm favourite is The Atlantic Hotel, St Ouen's Bay.

It is situated in a conservation area: the grounds are incredible and it is overlooking the most beautiful bay. It personifies understated luxury with calming hues of white and beige throughout. There are two swimming pools, great family rooms,  and an excellent Michelin-starred restaurant. Oh and I mustn't forget the beds - very comfortable indeed!

If you do go along to The Atlantic Hotel, Jersey be sure to go on a wander along the old railway track and along to St Ouen's Bay - you can pretty much do a loop back to the hotel if you take on the sandunes! Oh and there's also a golf course next door for those of you who are keen golfers.

Definitely a nice way to relax. I have lots of Jersey recommendations so send me an email if you have any questions.
